I can't believe how fast this year has flown by! It seems like just yesterday that I was trying to make myself go into labor, and now it has been nearly a year ago! What a year it has been for us. Anya has kept us quite busy this year. She is starting to develop such a fun personality. Her vocabulary is growing daily, and she knows 12 words. My favorite is when she walks around the house saying, "eye bumpah". Translation: "hi grandpa". She is constantly on the go and into something. Lately, she has started to glare at people she doesn't know very well, or just when she doesn't feel like smiling. I'll tell you this girl can give quite the looks! Also, so much for all my bow making! As you can see from the pictures, if I am lucky she will keep them in for a total of two minutes! I have stopped nursing and started her on milk. Well, I tried to put her on milk. She didn't react very well, to say the least. As you can see from the first picture, her body just doesn't react well to the dairy products. She will now only drink pediasure or lactaid if I flavor it with vanilla first. What a picky little baby! She won't even try to drink it if it isn't flavored. I gave her cheese yesterday. Apparently not such a good idea. I was really not taking a picture of her throwing up. I just happened to get it on camera as I was taking one of her playing with her kitchen. She has been teething since she was three months and never got a tooth until she was 7 months. But, now she has four. This is the first picture I have gotten that shows all of them. If you are wondering what happened to her head and why she has two little holes in her head well, she fell on her binky clip just perfectly, and that was the result. She is so fun to have around and watch grow and pick up things every day! We love this "little pain in the butt", as Jess calls her!!!

Well she's got the Emily look down doesn't she?!
WOw she looks so big. That is too funny that she glares at people! Already talking, that is soo fun! Its a cute bow even if she won't wear it:)
She is the cutest "pain in the butt"!! I love the glare.. Brixton used to do that!!
Hey Emily! It was good to hear from ya. Looks like things are going good for you as well. Your little girl is so cute :) I love girls, they are so much fun. Hope we can keep in touch.
Wow,
She really is growing. You could also try soy milk if you wanted...maybe that would help, but looks like the flavored milk is working. I think the picture of her crinkled face reminds me more of Jesse for some reason. Hope that your new year is great!
