Here are our latest pictures. Jesse and I have found a new hobby...CANNING! It is kind of addicting. I am glad that Jesse enjoys it as well because it wouldn't be as much fun without him. We have canned peaches, plums, spaghetti sauce, apple sauce, crabapple butter, crabapple jelly, crabapple syrup, grape jelly, and plum jam. We still have another batch of peaches to do and some raspberry jam. We are running out of space in the food room, so I guess we need to stop for a bit. Needless to say, this has given us something to do in our spare time the month of September. Anya has also enjoyed this month by playing with the little boy I babysit everyday. He is quite mellow compared to her. (If you know her, you are thinking, "Who isn't?") She is full of personality/attitude and keeps us all entertained!!! Everything else is going great, and we are just waiting for our next little one to come along in a few weeks. (Notice I said "one." That is because we still don't know what we are having! AH!!!) Hopefully, we get a mellow one...is that possible for us???

It seems since school started, we have not been up to much, yet it seems we are very busy at the same time. My dad made a cradle for Anya when she was born and never put the finish on it because he didn't want the smell to bother her. So, Jesse got to work and finished it for the new baby. We were suprised at how dark it turned out because it was just a clear finish. But, we love it! Thanks Dad and Jess!!! Anya likes to play in it and sing "Rock-a-Bye" to herself. We also re-finished a dresser for Anya's new room. I will post pictures of that later, along with Jesse's food storage room.
