We have had a great week. Last Sunday, Anya was having a rough time after waking up from a Sunday nap, so mom jumped in and threw a Tea Party!!! We got her favorite dress- up clothes on, gathered all her animal friends, found some flowers, drug Dad to the table, poured some juice, made some muffins and Viola!! She played for a good 45 minutes before getting down from the table. She loved her juice and "trumpets" (crumpets). We got to babysit Aunt Jilly for a few days and had a fun time with her. She was a great little helper. Anya and Jill made several Easter crafts and played with Huey. Anya was so sad when her friend had to go back to Grandma's. Of course, we also did the traditional Easter festivities, colored eggs, spilled egg dye, hunted for eggs, and ate boiled eggs. Good thing Jess loves boiled eggs because Anya hated her "gokes" (yolks) and made Jess eat all of hers. Our good friends had a huge Egg Hunt out on their ranch and invited Anya to come. Of course, living in Wyoming, we woke up to a good five to six inches of snow Saturday morning. That didn't stop us, though. We just bundled up and went for it! Anya had a great time finding eggs with "Papa" (our friend that for some reason she thinks is her grandpa). We then came home and waited in the window for about 30 minutes for Grandma Willie and Annie to get here. They spent Easter weekend here with us,watching sessions of Conference, playing games, and eating. Anya had fun Easter morning searching for eggs and following the bunny trail to her Easter Prize.....a TRIKE!!! She has been wanting a bike forever and always points out other kids' bikes. That bunny is so smart, and so he hooked her right up!! It was so fun to see how much more into it she was this year. It was fun to have Karen and Annie here. Again, Anya cried when her friends had to go back home. As for the rest of our spare time we have been putting in a wood stove and trying to stay warm.

What a fun Easter. I like your bunny prints. Tea and trumpets look like a great activity! Hugh looks like he likes his eggs too, cute!
