Annie and Jesse Corbin, Matt, Annie, Jesse, and Anya
We were able to go to Lyman this weekend for Annie's Prom. It was a fun night. Annie looked beautiful!!!! Grandma Karen bought Anya a matching dress and they looked adorable together. Corbin had a matching bow-tie and wore his tux before the prom for pictures and then he had enough! Last year Annie and Justin took a picture with Anya and we teased that it looked like they had a baby. This year they had Corbin as well, so they looked like a happy little family with yet another baby!! Jesse was able to dance with Annie for the parents dance. He had a good time breaking out his disco moves! All in all, it was a fun night and we were glad to be a part of it!!!

Tri-State Monument!!!

This is outside our front window. It says Tri-State Monument 15 miles.
A little saturday fun only 15 miles away. Why not.......?
.....Because this 4 miles turns into a 35 minutes off roading experience in our nice little car!!!
And then we see this. Where is the stinking monument???
Yeah that's right, up this huge steep hill! (this picture is taken when we were almost to the top)
Not even half way up this nice little hill!!!
I didn't expect to go hiking. Hence the shoes, or lack there of!!!
Almost to the top, stopping for a little breather!!!
Finally, we made it!!! All this for a three sided rock?!!!
This is Anya's wind-blown look!!!
As you can tell Anya is very impressed!!!
The three of us in all three states!!!

The adventure home begins....

As you can see, our sautrday fun turned out to be quite the adventure for us! I guess at least we can say we did it once, and once was plenty for all of us. It was kind of cool, once we actually got there. Maybe had we known we should have taken the truck and prepared for some hiking it would have been more enjoyable. I guess it makes for a good story and our car did make it home in one piece! That is a miracle! Oh, and by the way, just so everyone knows I am having another little baby in November!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anya and cousin Corbin!!!

We have had a busy and COLD Spring!! Anya is so ready for it to be warm enough to play outside! It seems like we have been on the road every weekend for who knows how long, and it is not going to end any time soon. I went with my dad to Boise to visit my grandma who isn't doing very well two Wednesdays ago, and then turned around Thursday morning to make it home in time for David's play that night. This past weekend we had Spring Break and spent it with Jesse's family. This weekend, Jesse is taking his music groups to Festival in Pinedale. Next weekend is Annie's Prom, which we will be going to. The following weekend, Jesse and I are taking his Jazz Choir to Lagoon Festival. The next weekend we have a break, and the weekend following that is Anne's play. Needless to say, we have kept oursleves busy enough this Spring and are anxiously awaiting summer vaction!!!
