Luke's Blessing!!!

Luke was blessed on December 4th by his Dad. It was a very small blessing circle because of bad weather. Jesse, my dad, and the bishop stood in. I was glad that my family who could make it was there to support us. Annie came from Jesse's side and rode with my parent from Lyman. Jess gave a nice blessing. I was so happy to finally have it done. We had planned on doing it the week after Thanksgiving but we all got food posioning and had to cancel. At one time while he was so sick we thought made this day would never come and that we needed to bless him in the hospital. I am so grateful that he is now healthy and doing so much better! He is the easiest baby I have ever had! He smiles ALL the time and thinks anyone talking is talking to him. Thanks to all who came to share this special day with us!!!

Huey Turns 2!!!

Hugh had his second birthday! We planned a big party at our house, but no one came because of the roads. Luckily, we were in Lyman on his actual birthday and so we had a little party there. Every time he see something "Cars" he loves it! He has never seen the movie, but is still obsessed with it, so we had a Cars themed cake and decorations, and gifts. I think he liked it. I can't believe he is two already. He cracks us up daily with the things he says and how he says them. He is the most polite child I have ever met that says thank you for everything (such as changing his diaper and washing his face.) He is all boy, and loves anything "boy-ish"! He adores his dad and has him wrapped around his finger! He also love baby "Wucas" and is contastanly kissing the top of his head of smoothering him. Anya is his best friend and he asks for her first thing every morning when he wakes up. However, with that being said, he is the biggest tease to her!! He loves to get a rise out of her. (He learned very well from his Dad!!!) He just learned how to get out of his crib, which is amazing to me because he climbs up onto everything. He has been pretty good to stay in his crib after he gets put once and is reminded that he has to get back in.He is a little parot and repeats everything he hears. He has showed a little interest in potty training and loves to go on the potty. I am not sure I am ready to actually get rid of the diapers altogether quite yet. He is the most mellow out of control person you will ever meet. At times he is so laid back and quiet and others he is completely wild!! I absolutely adore this boy, and am so grateful that I get to be his Mom!!!!
